This model simply maximized density by building many homes as rapidly as possible to meet the high demand of World War II veterans returning to civilian life.

12 Doors Down was founded by Brad Schoch, a leading architect and builder with more than 25 years of experience. With deep experience in both design and construction, Brad offers a unique method that seamlessly connects the design process and the construction process. This approach results in a highly consistent design, enhanced communication and an interactive process in which the homeowner participates as a welcome collaborator during the entire process.
Raghu Reddy
Mr. Raghu Reddy is a strategic thinker and enthusiast who earned his first profit in business when he was 12 years old. He hailed from India to USA to study and pursue his dreams in 2003.
His diversified mindset gave him several opportunities to invest and build new businesses.
Later started his entrepreneurial career tailored towards sustainability. This led him along the path of helping multiple businesses around the globe move towards sustainability, having helped and improved over 50 small businesses in the Retail, Real estate, Social enterprise, Healthcare, Tech and Start-up sectors.
His adaptability and continued growth, having successfully completed a Sustainability in Business from Harvard, and consistent upgrade of his IT and Engineering background, make Mr. Raghu a great incoming asset to 12DoorsDown towards building sustainable homes around Central Ohio.
