About 12 Doors Down
12 Doors Down was founded by Brad Schoch as a response to the way custom home building was being approached in central Ohio. As expediency and pre-configured designs began to overtake a design-forward approach, supposedly custom homes were becoming more like paint-by-numbers. 12 Doors Down approaches every new project from scratch, working with you to understand what, for you, turns a house into a home.
